Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting with recent Manager-level responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements, oversee scheduling, staffing, deadlines, and technical quality.
• Review complex tax returns and related workpapers across multiple entity types.
• Mentor and develop staff, including training, reviewing work, and providing actionable feedback.
• Manage staff performance through ongoing coaching and formal evaluations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and trusted advisory.
