The ideal candidate will manage complex tax compliance and planning for diverse clients, mentor junior staff, and contribute to practice growth while enjoying a flexible/hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns.
• Experience supervising junior tax professionals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide proactive tax planning, consulting, and strategic advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
• Research complex tax matters and develop practical, actionable recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax associates and senior associates.
• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client development, process improvements, and practice growth.
