The role requires strong tax expertise across income, gift, and estate taxation, plus leadership and client service skills to guide engagements and ensure top quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA or EA license is required.
• 7-8+ years of experience preparing and reviewing tax returns required.
• Master's degree in accounting, tax, or related field is preferred.
• Manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for HNW individuals, families, estates, and trusts.
• Review complex tax returns including corporate, partnership, individual, gift, estate and trust filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax professionals and ensure timely, accurate returns.
• Provide strategic tax planning and client guidance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners on complex tax matters and firm initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to support professional growth.
