Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's in Accounting, active CPA license, and 5+ years in public accounting focusing on estate, gift, and trust tax laws.

• Work closely with partners, staff, and high net worth clients to lead planning, management, review, and completion of client engagements.
• Provide proactive tax planning, savings strategies, and wealth preservation solutions tailored to individuals, families, and closely held entities.
• Support business development efforts and serve as a key point of contact for designated clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, and trusts.
• Lead tax engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, monitoring fees, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of client tax returns and review work performed by team members.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a focus on HNW tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
• Expertise in estate, gift, and trust tax laws, including IRC Sections 671-679.
