Job summary

JCCS is seeking a Tax Services Manager in Montana to oversee tax returns, year-end compilations, audits, and complex engagements. You will lead teams, ensure quality control, and coordinate billing while upholding client confidentiality.

We require a CPA and 5+ years of accounting experience in public or private practice; a Bachelor’s in Accounting is expected. The role emphasizes staff development, compliance with tax laws, and collaboration across firm services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Licensed CPA in Montana or eligible to obtain CPA certification.
• 5+ years’ experience in public or private accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax returns and year-end compilations.
• Manage audits and complex engagements.
• Supervise, train and review lower-level staff.
• Ensure quality control and timely billing.
• Coordinate with committees and firm leadership.
