Legacy Offices is seeking a Tax Manager who will own the tax production line from calendar management to signature on returns, overseeing preparers and ensuring quality outputs for individuals, businesses, estates, and exempt organizations.

You will work closely with an attorney handling legal questions, lead technical reviews, and manage client intake, quotes, and document collection with a proactive, precise approach to tax compliance.

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent with unlimited representation rights before the IRS preferred.
• Experience reviewing multi-entity returns across individuals, fiduciaries, estates, and exempt organizations.
• Strong attention to detail to catch carryforwards and form-number changes.

Responsabilidades

• Own filing calendar and deadlines across all return types.
• Lead second-level technical review before client delivery.
• Supervise preparers and ensure quality and consistency of signatures on returns.
• Manage client intake, scope discussions, and post-deadline document collection.
• Interface with attorneys for IRS controversy and extension decisions.
