Clark Schaefer Hackett in Cincinnati is seeking a Tax Manager who will lead complex engagements, review returns, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior staff.

You will develop proactive tax strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and expand client relationships. The role emphasizes advisory work, leadership, and building a strong, relationship-driven firm culture.

Qualifications

• CPA/EA/CA designation is required or strongly preferred.
• Public accounting tax experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong tax research, planning, and advisory capabilities.
