Job summary

North Dallas CPA Firm seeks an experienced CPA to lead the tax team, serving as a bridge between partners and seniors. You will manage client relations, provide tax planning, IRS representation, and act as a main reviewer for returns.

The role requires 6+ years in public accounting with taxation focus, 3+ years in management, and experience with business and individual tax for high-net-worth and entity clients.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation.
• Ideally 3+ years of manager experience.
• Experienced with both Business and Individual tax.
• HNWI, Partnerships, S-Corps, Trust & Estate with clients generating $1M - $70M.
• CPA license or Enrolled Agent is preferred.
• MS in Taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Review Complex Tax Returns
• Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
• Researching Complex Tax Issues
• Train & Mentor Team of multiple levels of employees
• Managing Multiple Engagements for Multiple Clients at all times
