Qualifications

• 4–10 years of professional tax preparation and compliance experience.
• CPA license or eligibility strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
• Experience researching complex tax matters and providing planning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Prepare highly complex tax returns when needed.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted resource for tax planning.
• Coordinate tax filings across related entities.
• Review work by team members and provide feedback.
• Review accounting procedures supporting tax preparation.
• Evaluate organizational structures for tax implications.
• Prepare estimated tax liabilities and assist with planning.
• Research federal and state tax matters and document recommendations.
• Communicate tax strategies to clients and advisors.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals.
• Participate in performance reviews and professional development.
