This role emphasizes strong communication, research, and knowledge of tax rules, with opportunities to expand services and participate in firm growth. Travel to client sites and offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel to YHB offices, client sites, and training events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engagements, ensuring proper completion and supervision.
• Mentor and develop Supervisors, Senior Associates, and Associates.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support business development and firm growth through outreach.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold firm values.
