ABGi USA is seeking a Tax Manager for a client in the Chicago area. The candidate will review complex federal and state returns and provide strategic tax planning for sophisticated clients in a mid-sized public accounting and advisory firm.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, CPA or EA preferred, and demonstrated ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices. International tax exposure and knowledge of real estate entities are a plus.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive tax/public accounting experience.
• CPA or EA preferred.
• Hands-on experience reviewing complex tax returns — individuals, trusts, partnerships, and closely held businesses.
• Strong experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex client structures.
• Family Office experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to international tax matters is a plus.
• Experience with real estate entities and investment partnerships is beneficial.
• Ability to confidently manage client relationships and participate in client meetings.
• Previous experience mentoring or overseeing junior tax professionals.

Our client is an established, mid-sized public accounting and advisory firm looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to transition from a larger or national firm while continuing to work with sophisticated clients in a collaborative, mid-sized firm environment.
