We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our relationship-focused firm and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, small businesses, and trust and estate clients. In this hands-on leadership role, you will act as a player-coach, managing the tax team while actively contributing to tax planning, review, and compliance. You will work closely with a diverse client base—including individuals, trusts, S-corporations, partnerships, and small-to-mid-sized C-corporations—providing personalized guidance and strategic insight.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced level of experience with tax management, planning, compliance, laws - ideally with a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role.
Compensation: $115,000-$150,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
