Job summary

YO AI Labs in Hollywood, USA is seeking a Tax Manager to lead sophisticated tax planning and compliance engagements for high-net-worth and professional services clients. This highly client-facing role involves mentoring teams and coordinating with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other outside professionals.

You will manage and review complex tax engagements including individuals, partnerships, S-corps, trusts, and gift taxes, oversee multi-state and multi-entity taxation, and drive strategic tax

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical expertise in HNW, partnership, trust, and pass-through taxation.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with multi-state and multi-entity taxation preferred

Responsibilities
