Job summary

Distinct | North America, a 25-person tax-only CPA firm in the Tampa area, is actively building the next generation of leaders. The firm has no audit, a stable client base, and offers direct access to Partners, with a clear succession path and opportunities to take increasing ownership of client work.

You will work across trusts and estates, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and mentoring junior staff while engaging directly with Partners on key client matters.

Qualifications

• Public accounting tax experience required.
• Tax Manager or strong Tax Senior ready for next step.
• Leadership potential and desire for future leadership.
