Manage complex tax engagements from planning through completion
Review individual, pass-through, and other complex tax returns
Manage engagement workflow, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
Review workpapers and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Research technical tax matters and assist with tax-planning strategies
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and development to staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Communicate tax matters, engagement progress, and recommendations directly with clients
Identify client needs and opportunities for additional services
Collaborate with partners and team members to resolve complex tax and engagement matters
Support staff development and broader practice initiatives
Active CPA required
Strong public accounting tax experience
Experience reviewing and managing complex tax engagements
Experience with high-net-worth individual taxation and pass-through entities
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising tax professionals
Strong technical tax research and problem-solving skills
Experience with CCH and QuickBooks Online preferred
Experience supporting clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and nonprofit organizations is a plus
5 weeks of PTO

Opportunity to assume greater staff leadership responsibilities after becoming established in the role.
During peak tax season, professionals should anticipate a schedule of approximately 60 hours per week.
