Our client is a highly awarded Mid‑Size CPA firm headquartered in San Antonio, TX who are actively seeking a dedicated Tax Manager to join its tight‑knit team of tax and audit professionals on a Hybrid Schedule (see hours).

The Firm is known for offering an Exceptional Work‑Life Balance, hybrid schedule, limited busy season hours, no weekends and Summer Friday schedules! Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Schedule & Hours

• Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
• Hours: 40 Hours (Normal Season), 50 to 55 Hours (Busy Season)
• Summer Fridays: From end of May till mid‑August, the CPA Firm takes Fridays off!!!

Qualifications

• 4+ Years Experience coming from a reputable CPA Firm
• CPA‑License Required
