Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager/Senior Manager for a 100% remote position (with optional in-office presence in Greater Philadelphia). You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax processes and filings for our clients. This permanent role offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work with diverse clients in the finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support for tax review work.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, aligning practices accordingly.
• Foster client relationships, offering proactive tax advice and optimizing their tax positions.
• Collaborate with other departments and contribute to special projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA and advanced degree preferred.
• Years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax compliance and review.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and accounting principles.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.
