Job summary

CPA required; 5+ years tax; 3–5 years supervision; entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of recent public accounting experience, primarily focused on tax.
• Ideally 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, individual, and trust taxation.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and building client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring others.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development.
• Experience with real estate, construction, or manufacturing clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with UltraTax, FixedAssetsCS, or PlannerCS is advantageous.
