Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our team within Public Accounting. The ideal candidate must have a valid CPA certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax reviews and audits to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates
• Analyze financial statements and tax returns to identify tax-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
• Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on a variety of tax-related issues
• Manage and mentor junior tax staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid CPA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Experience in individual tax, partnership tax, trust, and estate
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
