Job summary

Qualifications

• Private foundation tax experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Form 990-PF, 990-T, UBTI, and foundation compliance.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with investment-related tax matters and complex portfolios is a plus.
