We're partnering with a well-established, high-quality CPA firm in Nassau County to find a Tax Manager (will consider a Supervisor ready for the next step).

Hybrid.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings positive energy, and is passionate about mentoring and managing a team of up to 15 tax and admin professionals.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee and review complex tax engagements
Lead and develop staff
Maintain strong client relationships (no need to generate new business, Owner will transition clients)
Support a collaborative and respectful office culture

Compensation:
Base Salary: $150–$170K
Quarterly & Year-End Bonus Plans
