Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA (or CPA-eligible) strongly preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A professional who values quality, teamwork, and balance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit).
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance on technical tax matters.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
