Job description

We are seeking a Tax Manager to support the tax compliance, planning, and advisory needs of Scentsy, Inc., while also providing expertise across a diverse portfolio of investments, ownership structures, and other businesses.

This is an individual contributor role designed for an experienced tax professional who leads through technical expertise, sound judgment, and influence. You will work closely with company leaders, owners, and external advisors on complex tax matters, helping identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical depth of public accounting but wants broader visibility, greater ownership, and the opportunity to serve as a trusted tax resource.

What Youll Do:
