Qualifications

  • Review engagement work for compliance.

  • Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
  • Stay current with tax law changes.
  • Handle direct client billing and understand engagement economics.
  • Stay current with tax law changes and emerging trends.
  • Support firm management in implementing policies and team initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Tax Manager - Kennesaw, GA

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on comprehensive tax matters across individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts/estates.
  • Review engagement work to ensure compliance with firm quality control procedures.
  • Manage multiple client engagements with timely communication and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Provide recommendations to partners and take action on technical, scheduling, and engagement issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver responsive, high‑quality service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support staff development and training.
