Responsibilities

• Spearhead corporate year-end and quarterly close processes for income taxes with precision and efficiency.
• Apply technical expertise to ensure accurate tax disclosures and compliance.
• Prepare and manage federal, state, local, and partnership tax returns, including estimated tax payments.
• Proactively identify and mitigate tax risks while supporting strategic tax planning initiatives.

Qualifications
