The Head of Tax - Diagnostics is a newly created leadership role supporting the planned separation of Diagnostics into a standalone, approximately $4 billion multinational enterprise. The role will build and lead the tax function as the business transitions from Siemens Healthineers' integrated operating model toward independent ownership and operations.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a tax organization from the ground up while supporting a significant Siemens Healthineers transformation. The successful candidate will bring strategic judgment, technical depth, and operational discipline to define the tax agenda, establish governance, and embed tax as a trusted business partner through separation and beyond.
