frost is seeking a trusted tax advisor to engage in comprehensive tax planning and compliance while mentoring staff. You will have the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to their business success.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, CPA license, and at least seven tax seasons of experience. The role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth, especially within agribusiness.

• Mentor and develop staff, seniors, and supervisors, nurturing a culture of growth and learning.
• Engage in comprehensive tax planning and compliance, managing intricate tax returns and special service engagements.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their business needs beyond tax-related aspects.
• Efficiently manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Expand professional network, contributing to the firm's growth and client retention.
• Provide innovative solutions and resolutions to complex tax issues.

• Willingness to travel across the United States (20-40 nights/year).
