Overview

We’re seeking a US International Tax Manager passionate about international tax strategy, compliance, and planning. Reporting directly to the International Tax Director, you will be part of a high-performing team managing tax matters across multiple countries, contributing to tax structure optimization, planning, and audit defense.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle international tax provision, planning, research, and compliance, including tax positions related to GILTI, BEAT, FDII, FTC, etc.
2. Assist in preparing international tax provisions and support tax audit processes.
3. Collaborate with treasury, legal, finance, and accounting teams to execute tax strategies and compliance measures.
4. Engage in transfer pricing, audit defense, and potentially negotiate Advanced Pricing Agreements.
5. Research law changes and document tax positions effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Law.
• 4-7 years of experience in US international tax, with knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 740).
• Experience in Big 4 accounting or law firms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with tax software and online communication tools.
