Job summary

Arrow Search Partners seeks a tax professional to lead U.S. international tax compliance and transfer pricing support for cross-border operations. You will prepare and review workpapers, memos, and filings, leveraging advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data sets.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in tax, strong knowledge of GILTI/NCTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits, with public accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time on-site role in Chicago.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6-8 years of tax experience with a background in public accounting.
  • Strong technical experience with U.S. and international tax.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing GILTI/NCTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax credit workpapers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and own U.S. international tax compliance workpapers and supporting schedules including GILTI/NCTI, FDII/FDDEI, BEAT, Subpart F, foreign tax credits and FTC limitation analysis
  • Maintain and update CFC and partnership analyses including tested income, tested loss, net deemed tangible income return calculations, and high-tax exclusion evaluations
  • Prepare tax return information packages and detailed workpapers for external tax consulting firms
  • Support preparation and review of indirect tax filings across applicable domestic and international jurisdictions
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements for cross-border transactions between U.S. and foreign entities
  • Conduct primary research on federal, state and local, and international tax issues and prepare technical memos
  • Monitor and assess legislative and regulatory developments
  • Document and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements

Salary Range

$120,000-$160,000
