Job summary

Tidal Recruiting is seeking a tax leader to oversee all tax-related decisions and activities for the organization. Hybrid/remote in Baltimore, with 2 days a week in the office, you will help ensure tax compliance and stay up-to-date on new tax laws.

The role requires heavy partnership experience and responsibility for researching taxes, preparing returns, and leading audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
