Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking a Tax Manager to join our hybrid team in Hanover, PA. You will lead and review the preparation of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize client liabilities.

You will supervise and mentor staff, collaborate with clients to understand business needs, and support tax accounting, compliance, and consulting engagements in a dynamic client-service environment.
