We are currently seeking a Tax Law Professional with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to provide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base. This role involves close collaboration with senior management and active participation in client service and practice development initiatives.
Analyze complex fact patterns and legal issues related to U.S. and international taxation
Draft tax opinions, legal memoranda, disclosures, and related documentation
Conduct research and provide advisory support on inbound and outbound cross border investments involving corporations and individuals
Advise on Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) and Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC) matters
Provide estate and succession planning services for U.S. citizens abroad, nonresident aliens with U.S. investments, and U.S. beneficiaries
Prepare responses to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities
Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in assessing tax risks and issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to evaluate matters holistically, including foreign tax implications
