• Entry-level role; typically second year in a three-year program at application

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions
• Aid in corporate tax planning and compliance activities to optimize tax positions
• Engage in tax modeling and consulting to address client-specific tax challenges
• Contribute to post-deal integration and tax/finance integration projects
• Collaborate on purchase and sale agreements to facilitate transactions
• Conduct research on tax regulations and industry-specific tax issues
• Apply intellectual curiosity to develop innovative tax solutions and strategies
• Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with colleagues and clients
