Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Before starting full-time, eligibility to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams with advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in preparation/review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze tax regulations to optimize positions and minimize risk.
• Engage in international and multistate tax planning and compliance.
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and provide solutions.
• Develop tax models and structures for clients.
• Assist in tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
