Forvis Mazars, LLP internship opportunities in assurance and tax are available in our offices in the United States. Interns gain exposure to client engagements and work with senior staff to develop technical skills across audit and tax disciplines.

Internships can be part-time or full-time and typically run winter through spring or summer sessions. Winter from January to April, summer from June to mid-August.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
• Intern candidates must be working toward CPA Exam eligibility.
• Satisfactory academic performance in major-related coursework is expected.
• Interns must maintain a minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your assigned office and be able to attend off-site meetings and events in person.

Responsibilities

• Work with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, or other tax returns
• Calculate tax extension or estimate payments
• Participate in client meetings alongside Forvis Mazars partners and managers
