Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is offering an internship in assurance and/or tax, with winter and summer sessions varying by office needs. Interns gain hands-on experience by working on client engagements and testing technical skills under senior staff guidance.

Interns may join audit or tax tracks, with part-time or full-time options, and will participate in client meetings to learn how engagements are managed from start to finish. Transportation to the office is required, and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting degree with CPA licensure eligibility.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile account differences and analyze financial data with client personnel.
• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, or other tax returns.
• Calculate tax extensions or estimate payments.
• Participate in client meetings with partners and managers.
