Paylocity is seeking a Public Accounting Intern to gain hands-on experience across auditing, tax, and forensic engagements within our firm. You will support internal teams, learn daily public accounting operations, and conduct research on accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Masters).
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support internal departments, which include, Audit, Tax, or Forensic, Litigation & Valuation, with day-to-day tasks.
• Develop knowledge in working for a public accounting firm and within a team environment.
• Gain hands-on experience with learning different accounting software’s.
• Provide administrative support to the firm’s internal teams.
• Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
