Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Intern for Core Tax Services in Minnesota. You will prepare returns and extensions under supervision, gaining hands-on exposure to firm practices and client relationships as you support tax compliance and research activities.

You will learn to work with tax software, assist with projections, and contribute to ensuring timely and accurate filings while developing professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting or other relevant field required
• Pursuing a master's degree in Accounting or other relevant field preferred
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple tax returns for review
• Assist with quarterly estimates and extensions
• Support responses to notices from the Internal Revenue Service
• Ensure data is collected to comply with filing requirements
