• Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze tax regulations to optimize positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate compliance.
• Support tax models, structures, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Contribute to tax provisions and audits to ensure accuracy.
