Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level; typically third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of five-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Participate in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Assist in analyzing complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
