Qualifications

• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Internship candidates are typically in their third year of a 4-year program or fourth year of a 5-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tax models and client structures.
• Contribute to the preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
• Observe and learn from experienced tax professionals to aid development.
• Apply data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
