Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting or related field required
• Pursuing a master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and extensions under supervision of Core Tax Services professionals
• Assist with tax compliance including data collection and due-dates management
• Utilize tax software to complete simple returns for review
• Assist with FAS 109/FIN 48 tax provisions components
• Support tax consulting with research and dissemination of tax developments
