Job summary

The role requires 8–12+ years in tax, Big Four or multinational, with ASC 740 experience and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's is required; advanced credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required.
• Master's or CPA/JD preferred for advanced tax knowledge.
• 8–12+ years in tax, Big Four or large multinational.
• Strong ASC 740 experience with acquisitions and integration.
• Experience supporting M&A due diligence and post‑close integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax integration activities for acquisitions and related reporting.
• Coordinate tax workstreams: entity alignment, intercompany, transfer pricing.
• Oversee ASC 740 accounting, purchase accounting, and deferred taxes.
• Support tax planning, restructuring, and repatriation efforts.
• Develop tax-efficient structures while ensuring compliance.
