Qualifications

• Active CPA license (preferably in Arkansas).
• At least 3 years of recent public accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, UltraTax, PracticeCS, Engagement, SurePrep, Safesend, and QuickBooks (desktop and online).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and individual tax returns; may perform some bookkeeping.
• Review returns prepared by Staff Accountants.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and professional networking.
• Assist in training other Staff Accountants as needed.
