Job summary

Bell & Company, PA, a midsize CPA firm serving clients for 45 years, seeks a licensed CPA to join our Harrison, Arkansas office. This is not a remote position and requires in-office work.

You will focus on tax returns for business and individual clients, collaborate with staff, train others as needed, and maintain client relationships. We offer holidays, PTO, and health/dental/vision insurance, with salary from $70,520 to $98,280 DOE.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with active license; Arkansas preferred.
• At least 3 years of current public accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, UltraTax, PracticeCS, Engagement, and QuickBooks (desktop & online).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, positive, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and individual tax returns; may do bookkeeping.
• Prioritize work to complete tasks timely and accurately.
• Keep up with tax changes and industry standards; ongoing education.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and teamwork.
• Represent Bell & Company in professional settings and events.
• Assist in training other Staff Accountants as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaboration.
