Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or taxation preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience in large organizations or public accounting.
• Experience with tax fixed assets, depreciation, and credits/incentives.
• Ability to lead process improvements and automation and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and drive automation across Fixed Assets and Credits & Incentives.
• Manage tax fixed asset activities, depreciation, asset changes, and compliance.
• Deliver asset details for tax filings, forecasts, and audits.
• Oversee R&D tax credits, Section 174 analyses, and incentive opportunities.
• Maintain governance and SOX controls with cross-functional partners.
