Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

What You Need

• Possession or ability to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN.
• Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

What You Will Do

Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax, providing advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and handling product inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Handle sensitive customer and business information responsibly.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers in understandable language.
• Use video communication tools to interact with customers and document interactions accurately.
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with Intuit’s values, including integrity.
