Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active PTIN.
• Willing to obtain or possess internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

What You Will Do

Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Maintain sensitive information responsibly and interact professionally via video communication tools.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information responsibly.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in understandable language.
• Use state-of-the-art video software for customer interactions and document all interactions accurately.
• Uphold Intuit’s operating values, including integrity.
