Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Retail Tax Expert to provide virtual, one-on-one tax support to TurboTax customers nationwide. You will prepare and review individual returns, answer federal and state tax questions, and help customers optimize deductions and credits.

Working remotely, you’ll document cases in Intuit’s cloud-based tools, stay current on tax laws, and collaborate with peers to improve the customer experience while delivering accurate tax filings.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing individual tax returns (Form 1040) for individuals.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual support.
