For our client, we are seeking a Tax Director (US Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead the company’s global tax provision and income tax reporting function, with responsibility for ensuring accurate ASC 740 reporting and strong compliance controls. The position will partner closely with accounting, external advisors, and outsourced providers to manage complex tax processes across the U.S. and international jurisdictions. It is well-suited for a seasoned tax leader who can bring technical depth, cross‑functional coordination, and process improvement to a global environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $173,200 – $288,600 annually

Responsibilities
